need advice for a gym that rly small and has like no machines. it only had a leg press and some chest machines but i need idea for how to do lower body with only dumbbells and cables 😓

i’ve learned how to have a successful leg day with mainly dumbbells because I had to workout at my college gym during peak hours (no machines available). I suggest b-stance (and regular) rdls, elevated goblet squats, sumo squats, courtesy lunges, and bulgarian split squats can all be done with just dumbbells. as for the cable machine, I enjoy cable kick backs (and there’s plenty of variations.

Isolation exercises for sure, get your balance on point and do pistol squats
