It’s not just one though you need lats and chest as well to fully build that wildness effect. But delts definitely help

Well yeah I’m not saying to neglect any muscle group, just generally, I’d recommend for people, especially newer lifters, to put their delt work at the front of their lifts to get the most out of them.

I have no clue where the idea that only your side delts matter came from but it pisses me off sooo bad. Side delts are probably the most important of the 3, but they all are vital to the 3D delt look and you can’t neglect any of them. The “spam lateral raises” trend is so beyond stupid. Do 2-3 sets for each head and you’re gonna be fine.
