i just got off ozempic because i’m finally in remission but im scared ill start eating like crazy again. any advice?

eat smaller portions of food throughout the day instead of just two or three main meals, helps me.

That definitely works, another trick is eating large volumes of low calorie dense foods like vegetables, some fruits, lean meats, etc so you feel full but you’re not actually eating many calories

Yeah fruits in excess can definitely be problematic bc of the sugar content but fruits like avacados and cantaloupe are much lower in sugar and calories
