Honestly just stop taking creatine. Maybe try HCL but the juice ain’t worth the squeeze on creatine

bloated and puffy. Should I try HCL instead of monohydrate or just try another monohydrate brand? I am tired of doing research cause some stuff says hcl is just a scam, idk anything helps

Yes creatine works, but we all have different bodies so taking extra creatine will affect us all differently. If you deem the cons to outweigh the pros, it's probably best you stop :/ sorry big dawg
