Ok yall im relatively new to the gym, what is a CHEAP but super high in protein snack that has made a difference in gaining muscle? Those core power shakes are too crazy expensive

Fairlife protein shakes at Costco are a little cheaper, but chicken and whey protein are probably your best option

Greek yogurt. A cup of the plain organic Costco stuff is like 230 calories for 30g protein

Greek yogurt fr. I put strawberries and a little honey in it and it’s quite good. That, or I mix it with cocoa powder, PB2, honey, and chocolate chips

At Aldi and Walmart you can get little already cooked tuna and chicken packets for like 80 cents each with 22 to 31 grams of protein in them at like 40 to 80 calories

Greek yogurt is a good option but as long as you're hitting your protein it doesn't really matter much

Even cheaper: Nurri ultra filtered milk (150 cal, 30g protein, vanilla or chocolate) Nonfat plain Greek yogurt (Kirkland at Costco, or store brand from Walmart or Aldi) has solid macros, btwn 90 and 100 cals for 16-18g protein. Can mix in fruit, sugar free syrup, cinnamon, or flavored protein powder to get even more protein (or just add some taste to it)
