As a skinny girl trying to put on weight and muscle at the gym, how do you guys deal with the bloat after eating more than ur used to? I understand everyone bloats after meals but I feel like eating more and especially more protein is just being me feel
Might have to start eating more spaced out or maybe just less in general. It takes a lot of energy to digest big meals

everyone does not bloat after meals. you probably have some kind of food sensitivity

I had the same problems and I have about 4-5 meals a day now that are smaller ish. Just need to space them out

too full and unproductive all day. It’s not even abt the aesthetic and having a little belly now after eating more, just simply feeling awful. And I do take a walk after my meals
