i asked this girl that lost weight recently what her diet was like bc i am good with working out just not the food part and she told me she only eats 1200 calories a day. girl always post herself working out like crazy too. i will def be checking in.

1200 calories is a relatively normal level of deficit for a woman. Once she’s at a healthy bodyfat she can go up to maintenance, but if you’re being smart about your nutrition, it’s very doable. I regularly do about 1800 calories for my deficit as a man who sits between 180-200 throughout the year. Some minimal micronutrient supplementation and eating clean make it a non issue.
