Just be careful losing weight too fast because it can cause you to have a lot of loose skin which can only really be removed through surgery or years of letting your body recover from it

Everyone else has given you good advice, but I want to say, don’t beat yourself up if it doesn’t go on the timeline you expect or if you mess up. If you mess up and eat over or don’t exercise for a few days it’s alright, but don’t throw everything away and just quit because of that. Pick it back up the next day and keep going. One bad day shouldn’t discount the other work.
