That’s what I’m going for right now. I’m around 18% bf and want to drop down to around 13-15%

Lady here and I can confirm that he looks awesome :) I don’t see any reason why he would have to slim down! I think that a lot of times, other guys may be more particular when it comes to gym physiques, but a lot of women like every kind of body!
