
I’m the same way. You must find better foods to comfort you. (You also don’t need to eliminate all unhealthy ones) I used ai to figure out some healthy foods I can use for comfort…. Teas, zero sugar soda, olipop, zero sugar candy, homemade bread instead of store bought, sweet potato, snack platter full of fruits like kiwi, mango(i like frozen mango), grapes, berries, carrots, celery. Just whatever you’d like on your platter. I also ALWAYS eat to sustain & fuel myself before I snack. So…
