I need advice! I’m severely overweight (250 pounds) but I’ve decided I wanted to do the military. What would be the best workouts you recommend to drop weight quickly and healthy? I also already cut out all fast food and sugar!

To lose the weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Consuming less calories and being consistent with working out, ideally walking/cardio and weights. This doesn’t mean starve yourself, but know that calories pop up in everyday things! Think coffee, energy drinks, sauces, snacking throughout the day without thinking, etc. also training endurance will give you a step up in the military road! Rucking, jogging when deemed fit, etc all helps. The most important thing to do is to try

If the goal is losing weight the easiest way to do it is just eating less food but not an unreasonably little amount. Find maintenance calories and decrease it by about 500 per day chew gum and 0 sugar energy drinks can both help suppress appetite

Lift weights and incline walk… nothing crazy but focus on improvement and you’ll see results

The most efficient thing to do to lose weight, as far as I know, is incline cardio like on a treadmill.

Thank you! So far I lost 7 pounds in a week by walking everyday on my treadmill, but I think that’s just water weight😭 I’m going to add in bench press and squats
