140lbs currently, been working out seriously for ~3 years (started at ~120lbs). Trying to bulk to 150 by the end of the year but my metabolism makes it extremely difficult to gain weight - any bulking tips appreciated 🙏🏻

Cook with olive oil, drink some of your calories, spread out your meals, wait until you're finished with a meal to drink water
