Yeah you binged because your calorie count is so low. Your bodies way of trying to make up for lost calories. Slow and steady is the name of the game baby eat more calories equivalent to body weight and ensure 1g of protein per pound of body fat. Don’t stress about a bad day they happen

1500 is more than doable for me I’m just a fatass and I love sugar, hence I don’t love cutting it out. Both right

All good everyone is different and there are ways to calculate how much calories should be ate both in calorie deficit and bulk based on your bw . I have been through it all for the past decade too much too little. Binge starve etc. I will say too low of calories can potentially crash a metabolism and then you hold on to whatever calories you get and also water weight. When I eat more food with appropriate protein and carb count my lifts better I’m more lean and I operate the best

My issue with the binge eating is I’m also training for a half marathon which is going very well. Because of this I’m getting a very low amount fat in my diet because I need the carbs. Typical cut should be protein > fat > carbs in order but I’m doing carbs more towards the top

Carbs=ready to use energy. They get a bad rep eat more and annihilate that half marathon you’re gonna do great
