Been in the gym for almost two years, I can see muscle growing, I can see my limbs getting leaner, but the fat around my stomach just doesn’t want to fucking move or at the very least I can’t see it

Calorie deficit. Get a food scale and a calorie tracking app, weigh yourself daily.

Do not weigh yourself daily it’s absolutely pointless and really risky. Especially if you’re also tracking your calories intensely. Weighing yourself once a week is plenty

Dawg there’s nothing risky about weighing yourself daily if you have a decent grasp on what healthy food habits are. Once a week is never going to be accurate due to how much weight fluctuates. Get a grip, not everyone has an ED

Your weight also fluctuates a lot daily so I don’t get your point. It’s also not going to be accurate but weighing yourself once or twice you’ll see a difference

Because weighing yourself daily allows you to see a trend much more accurately because you have a much higher sample size. The more data points you have, the closer the mean will be to the actual point. This is basic statistics. When you are dealing with data points with a range of variance, maximize the sample size.
