A lotta times it isn’t for ppl. But also yeah I think when lifters are lower bodyfat it makes a lotta outsiders confused cause they mistake shredded with overly developed

Yes although I will say if it smells like shit it’s likely to be shit. Genuinely assess people’s attributes before hitting them with the natty or not 😭. Most newer people just call everyone that looks better than them unnatural to cope too

I’m not huge bro but it’s definitely been a journey fs. You gotta just keep in mind going into it that you’re committed to being uncomfortable 24/7 for at least 20 weeks
