Could someone PLS help a girl out. I’m trying to lose weight and I need easy low cal meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also ideas for a workout schedule as I’m far from a gym. For reference I am 5’6/225 pounds. I cannot keep being this weight…

Chickpea angel hair pasta with spinach and green onion in a cream sauce… (sauce: parm, low fat milk/cottage cheese, and garlic), you can add whatever meat you want- I use ground turkey. Incredibly filling with high macros.. you can’t even taste the spinach if you blend it up in the sauce… I usually just sauté it. Super easy to meal prep, too!!
