Ppl that complain about how hard it is to get good protein in are so funny to me. Hitting protein goals is the easiest part of gym life. Mix some protein powder in Fage Greek yogurt and bam you're already almost there lmao

the 1g per lb of body weight doesnt apply if you’re severely overweight. go for 1g per lb of goal lean mass. so if you want to be 180 eat like 150g of protein
