Anyone have good Youtube recommendations for at home beginner workouts? Not able to make it to the gym but still wanna get something moving at home. Thanks xx

i like 7 minute workout by tabata(?) songs. it will be difficult at first, you’ll have to modify it, but literally do that once a day and youll feel the difference after a few weeks. a few months and it’ll start getting easy but by then you’ll have trained your body to move & given it some general strength
