i’ve lost around 45 pounds over the course of like 6 years but i first 35 weren’t even really deliberate so now i feel discouraged trying to lose 15 more :(
Just go and do what you feel is best. If you’re happy where you are stay there, if not keep grinding

A lot of it is calorie deficit and watching what you eat. Protein helps a lot when losing weight, I liked celery and kale for snacks if I was hungry

yes i’ve been trying to track my calories closely and i think im eating around 1250-1300 daily and basically hitting my protein goal (which isn’t very high but idk how to get more in without going over the calorie limit). cucumbers are a great low cal snack too

Chicken is the best source of protein, since it has the best protein to calorie ratio, eating rice helps with carbs and beans help some too. That’s what I do and used to as well
