I’m literally a woman cutting on 2300 rn. You burn more when you have more muscle mass. You’ll get there.

The thing about this is that both males and females probably feel the same level of hunger despite the calorie difference

Well my bmr is 1900, I do cardio (swimming and water polo) and weight training daily. If I wanna lose weight my cut is 2500-2700 cals with 210g of protein.

I weigh 150 and legitimately have to eat over 4000 to gain. Tested over years with calorie counting.

I’m 170 now but I’m in the same boat I had knee surgery last year and literally lost 15 pounds because I was no weight bearing and all I did was lay on the couch and eat

Tf do you weigh? Cause if you need to restrict calories that low then you’re either lying or you don’t need to lose weight. You should actually try putting on some muscle to increase your metabolism

you just don’t get female metabolism. this person is 5FT. you’re probably 6’1 big dawgin it. it’s okay to not understand

that’s probably a good 500cal restriction because 1600 is a very realistic maintenance for someone of that stature

correct cause i’m too lazy to workout everyday rn so its easier to do a calorie deficit so i do a 1200cal deficit instead

I’m a 5 9 175 lb dude and my deficit is 2800 cals. I have a good bit of muscle, I workout 5 days a week, walk 10000 plus steps a day, and bike 2 or run 2 times a week. If I needed to eat under 2k I could because of protein dense meals. Beef, chicken, protein shakes. Veggies for carbs cause you can have a lot of volume without many cals
