I started working out a few months ago and I’ve seen some progress but I feel so lost sometimes because idk how may reps i should have in my sets nor how many sets i should do. Additionally idk what kinds of workouts are the best at building my glutes

Currently my main go-to are RDLs and kickbacks but idk if there’s others that work better. Also for reference I use my apartment gym that has the basics with free weights, cable machines and a random assortment of regular machines, treadmills, bikes, and yoga equipment
