If there’s anything I learned by a high protein diet is that you will unfortunately learn very quickly that you will consume a lot more fiber than you ever thought possible. A lot of protein bars are full of fiber too and I see people snack on 2-3 per day, so you’re reaching your fiber intake on those alone. They’re also filled with whey, which I learned the hard way is not very lactose intolerant friendly. Not sure if it was whey or fiber that did it for me but all I know is I dont eat protein
