The amount of vitriol I get attacked with when I recommend low carb diet is insane. You can respectfully disagree with me, but telling me to stfu? For what? Preaching a diet that saved my life when I see people with similar symptoms?

lol you’re that guy. This guy was claiming that a calorie deficit doesn’t cause weight loss, and the only way to lose weight was to cut carbs, and that it could spot reduce fat. You don’t get to spread blatant misinformation online to people asking for help and then play the victim card when you get called out.

They are the most effective way for fat loss actually. Carbs are actually vital to performance in the gym to build muscle. Keep making shit up though! I’ll say it again, please shut the fuck up.

Yes, carbs are optimal for muscle mass. They do however prevent fat loss. The classic dilemma do you want to be lean vs do you want to be strong. For people whose goal is to lose fat, they should start with low carb. After they’ve been in the gym several years, then they can introduce carbs when they plateau. I will not shut up just because some big food puppet tell me so. Your anger at this is both hilarious and pathetic
