Has anyone noticed that a lot of schools nowadays are full of fitness freaks?? I go to the University of Florida and everyone there is like chiseled And was at USC a couple weeks with my brother and everyone there was even hotter lmao

Facts. Gym culture has taken over social media and has made gen Z by far the most active generation, along with fitness knowledge being better today than it ever has been. I’m all for it tbh.

It was there before but because we had the jobs now done by china, we got lazier and thought nothing of it until now, the world mocks us and we couldn’t really say anything, I say that would get someone lifting heavy things and putting it back down, me included
