Last 4 months of the year, training tf out of my forearms and grip strength so it can’t hold me back in 2026. Bucket was like $3, 20lb bag of great value rice for $11. 5 minutes of this and the pump is insane
so what do you do carry the bucket or grab the rice

the whole point of this is to grab a handful of rice and essentially squeeze all of it out of your hand
it helps with the forearms since it’s just another way to do a squeezing movement
