I’m on my first ever cut after a bulk lowkey I’ve come to realize I’ve been on a keto diet, Hard any carbs mostly chicken, lettuce but I hit all or most protein goals but I feel weaker. Is carbs important? If I eat them I fear I will gain more weight

Carbs are important yes. It’s what gives you energy. All you really need is to watch your fat intake and burn more calories than you eat while keeping protein high. Over summer all I ate was chicken and rice and ground beef for my meals

Thanks just a day ago I realized I’m getting weaker and weaker but my I’m losing weight. I was like well all I eat is Chicken and salad, with protein shakes. Does it matter on the rice? meaning steamed, sticky, brown, white
