Anyone here 6’6”+
I’m newer to the gym and I’ve been trying to work chest but it feels like such a losing battle. Been a year now and my 1 rep PR is still hovering around 170
Switch to strength training for a couple months instead of Hypertrophy. Low reps, high weight. It’s better for your muscles to be versatile and strong in different kinds of weightlifting/exercise
