Hi yall, I was hoping to get advice/tips you have on fat loss while building muscle? I’m 22F 5’7&260lbs, right now I work a full time phys factory job&have access to a very small bare bone gym. If you have advice on food/kcal as well I’d love to hear it:)
You just need to eat less calories than you burn! Use an online calculator to figure out how much you burn daily, and subtract like 300 calories from that and use that as your guideline for how much to eat daily

And getting 10k steps (or as many as you can do) a day would help too!!
