I don’t either tbh Theory on building 8 pack: need 1 movement where the upper body crunches towards the lower body (sit ups usually) and 1 movement where the lower body crunches towards the upper body (hanging leg raises usually). And obviously have 8-10% body fat. You know why I’m asking for your opinion on this lmao
