i recently started to increase my step count and ever since i’ve had trouble sleeping!! has this opened to anyone else?

are you in a calorie deficit? that can cause insomnia issues in some folks

not usually. i try to finish my steps at least 2 hours before bed

yes, but just barely. i’m very short so my current deficit it 1350-1400 calories. My maintenance would be just under 1500 so this is just barely a deficit for me
