Everyone’s experience is different so def don’t discourage people who want to. At 3 weeks out, I feel great, so everyone’s just different and it also depends on coaching style. Wishing you luck!

How the hell do you feel good at 3 weeks out? If you're stage lean that's actually awesome because I've never seen anybody who doesn't feel terrible

I stay relatively lean year round and through most of my prep I’m only dropping 0.5lbs a week until the last month-ish I’ll drop 2lbs a week. It’s about going slowly. People drop too fast and their body doesn’t have a chance to adjust
