How are you guys fitting your lifts in while in college? Should I sacrifice my mornings and just start going at like 6am?

personally i go around 6:30-7 bc my campus gym usually stays open till 11 but i only do like 2hr max. My classes end at 2:30 on some days and 5 so i usually go since im already out and about ill gym and then go home to knock out 😝

I either go before classes, or late at night. Just depends on my schedule. I’ve also sometimes split my workouts up (cardio in the morning, lift at night)

I wake up at 4am to go at 5am, and then have classes until 8pm.

After 4pm my rec gets full to the brim you can’t even get a dumbbell and they close at 10pm. I’m debating on whether or not to go to the PF early af in the morning instead so I don’t have to go after class and work

Ahh so you go twice a day? I wanna lose 20 pounds by March and get a decent chest so I might just have to start going at 6am

my classes start at 8 but i couldnt fathom trying to go anytime before then so the earliest ive been was like 12:30 and its usually empty, id say even if your a morning person start small like an hour or so before your classes start to see if it works out. Ive def debated at 6pm at our rec cause it fills up so fast too but i thug it out since ik my workout isnt gonna be that long anyways😭😭

I would normally do cardio in the morning so it’s fasted. Then when I’m full later and if I had time I’d get a good lift in
