Depends on the family culture tbh. My mom jokes around with me like that when I bulk and get kinda wide in the hips. Very context dependent. In my case it’s not at all in a suggestive way just sorta joking. Also in my culture (East Euro) it’s a social acceptably norm for family member women to physically touch men like that and it’s not interpreted as sexual but the opposite would be extremely creepy

Generally women physically contacting men is not meant in a romantic way but men doing the same is not acceptable. Eg - the other day my cousin’s wife grabbed my wrist to get my attention; l Another time my other cousins wife prodded me in the rib with her finger as a joke On the other hand I would rightfully be considered creep for doing that to any of them.
