so i’ve lost about 55lbs and i’m at the point where i need to start bulking to build more muscle. any advice?

Best advice I got is eat 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh a day. Heavy lifting and consistency. Make sure you get your macros and micros in. Light cardio too so you don’t feel like crap either. Then it’s just the matter of putting in more calories than you burn

don’t bulk if you’re still overweight or not at your goal weight. eat at maintenance and reach your protein goal which should be x grams for your goal weight (ex: 150gP if your goal is 150). body recomposition will help you lose weight & build muscle aka make you leaner

i didn’t have a goal weight when i started at 198 (heaviest). i’m at 145 and i am happy with my weight but i will take your advice.

Depends on goal, if you want to pack faster or slower. One gram would do the trick but two would just give your muscles more to work with
