So this is my current split, it’s a PPL/Arnold split. I’ve felt like I’ve been stagnating bad as of late, so I’ve been changing around stuff. I don’t know if the amount of sets is the reason why, or I’m overtraining, but some advice is greatly appreciated

It'll be easier to progressively overload once you drop all that junk volume. I would drop the number of exercises, sets and maybe even reps you're doing for every muscle group. Lift heavier, recover faster

And also, I have been doing creatine and hitting all of my protein goals. I just feel lost and I feel like I’m making little to no progress as of late. Any criticism or changes to my workout would be greatly appreciated

What exercises would you recommend getting rid of for each day? Sorry for asking for so much but I’m just curious, I just want to make sure I’m hitting each part of the muscle lol

Just pick your favorite exercise for a part of a muscle for each day and stick with just that one and get rid of the rest.

Is just one exercise per muscle enough? For example for a push day, could you just do a bench press, tricep pushdowns, and lateral dumbbell raises?

That would cover the bare minimum, but all of those muscles have seperate heads that should be targeted with additional exercises. Upper and lower chest, long and short head of tricep, front/mid delt and rear delt would be better
