when you lose motivation the only thing you can do is focus on consistency sometimes taking a few days off to relax isn’t a bad thing just keep your goals in mind

if you feeling like you’re plateauing switch shit up. reduce/increase cals, try different split, implement different styles of working out, try new cardio, switch up when you go to the gym if you can

Taking a day to really relax and do nothing, then waking up early AF. Like your brain is half asleep. Then going to the gym. Suddenly memory kicks in and you’re back. Works for me
