Sweat more maybe cause it’s just something tight on you. Engaging core is something you kind of just have to learn how to do. YouTube is going to be better for you than a corset

As far as core engagement, ab muscles are meant to provide stability/balance so focus on those kinds of movements instead of static ones like planks. I like bird dogs, dead bugs, overhead kettlebell marches, farmers carry, single sided suitcase deadlifts. Feel free to DM!

Sweat does NOT equate to calories burned. The real benefit of saunas is increased blood flow, so any kind of sweat corset would be restrictive and doing the opposite I'm guessing... And I feel like sweating already makes my electrolytes/blood pressure act up (especially when I'm 🩸)
