getting ur protein in is good but PLEASE for ur own sake get some fiber in too. The prevalence of colon cancer in the younger generations is increasing due to lack of fiber in the diet so do it for ur own health ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Some foods I eat that I recommend! Kashi cereal has 10 g protein, 10 g fiber, Panera chicken tortilla soup has 20 g protein, 10 g fiber

I havnโ€™t found an ounce of truth in the pro fiber stuff. When I was 80% carnivore I noticed the best athletic and physical results. Never had gas. Leaner, stronger, thoughts were clearer.

On that carnivore diet, no fiber allowed!

Carnivore diet is great for the 1% of people that can actually benefit from it. I tried it and felt terrible so itโ€™s obviously not for me.

Thatโ€™s gotta be all insoluble fiber right? Iโ€™d shit my pants if I ate that much in one sitting ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

that diet is only good for VERY FEW ppl. Not getting fiber in kills ur gut microbiome and makes u absorb less nutrients overall. Plus colon cancer is one of the worst types of cancers u can get

They contain both soluble and insoluble fiber. Definitely donโ€™t start eating them right out the gate. I started eating fiber ones and stuff first then worked my way to that because I eat a lot of protein. And yes I have a bowl movement every morning like an hour after I eat it๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Fiber is crucial for important bodily functions like bowel movements, gut health, weight management, cholesterol reduction, etc etc. Without fiber ur at a way higher risk of colon cancer bc ur killing ur gut microbiome if ur not getting enough fiber in ur diet

I mean that was the official pitch, but around COVID timeframe I found most of what doctors and health โ€œexpertsโ€ were saying was nonsense, so I started doing the exact opposite of whatever they recommended and I just kept getting stronger and healthier ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ. Eventually settled on a diet closer to what the biblical diet was, fasting, etc. Never felt better.

As someone whoโ€™s planning to go into medicine I can assure u that u do need fiber in ur diet as it is an essential nutrient that ur body uses for normal bodily functions but especially to maintain gut health and healthy bowel movements bc ur gut microbiota needs a mix between insoluble and soluble fiber to function properly

Tested it. Results were better with very little fiber. Entirely possible itโ€™s genetic. Most of my ancestors were nomadic types that ate a bunch of meat. I appreciate where youโ€™re coming from though. I figure America is very difficult to do studies on these things given we are the most genetically diverse nation.
