That’s how I feel abt people who are just naturally really skinny like i bet going to the gym for them is so fun cause they’ll see progress Quicker when it comes to building muscle

right like sure some people have better genetics but just lock in and put in the work. like you said, the only thing making people homeless is making excuses like this and not locking in and sticking to it
