Month 4 in the gym and I’m beginning to realize that this isn’t just about muscles anymore it’s about proving to myself that I can stay consistent. That I can respect myself. That I can work toward a goal every day.

Big fan of metaphors. Yours is a good one. I often like to say Jesus is my spotter when I’ve got no bros there to pull the weight off me.
