If they're being coached and their coach wants to review their form, if they want to review their own form, maybe they enjoy making gym vids, etc. As long as their respectful I don't really see much issue

To record themselves for form, to show a trainer, or to post online. Why do you care so much? As long as they’re out of everyone’s way you shouldn’t care
