Because some people were asking: I focused mostly on Body Recomp I was not restrictive with calories my maintenance was 2,500 with no cardio so I was eating in a surplus at 2,700 but 7 days a week I had minimum an hour of cardio and 200+ g of protein

W so valid for not restricting! A lot of people try and lose weight within attempting to build muscle first! Good stuff!
