You have to do the back and chest movements too, just drilling ur arms isn’t gonna help. Trust me all experienced lifters learned this the hard way lol

The program difference has been studied numerous times and it is always the same answer, the growth in the gym is eating, sleeping, and training with intensity. It doesnt matter if you do Arnold, PPL, Bro Split, Upper+Lower. The point is, recovery. Growth happens outside the gym. Dorian Yates talks about it. A lot of people find 4 days are good for them, some are 5 days, some are 3 days. Do whats comfortable for yourself, train with intensity, eat your macros, and sleep.

Do you add an arm movement at the end of your chest and back days and do an arm day? That’s what I do and they grew well from that

Oh you do full body split? It’s gonna take a little longer to put on actual muscle but that’s a lot more athletic way to build muscle if you get what im saying, if you want to just straight up build muscle like a bodybuilder I recommend starting with a PPL split and change where u think ur body needs to from there

Workout programs are there for connivence and a little bit of routine. Beginners its recommended to do Upper+Lower, because the main focus is to just go to the gym. Most people do find PPL to be more convenient.

Sleeping is the best supplement you can give your body. 8 hours a day. Non negotiable

10-20 sets is roughly the average weekly volume.

Also, you arent gonna see much visual growth in just 2 1/2 months, you grow small millimeters each time. You see it in more months and years. Its a build up and investment
