If you crave Oreos go eat an Oreo, but it's important to recognize something: during a meal the first bite is always the best and it gets worse over time. If the second Oreo is a let down from the first, and the third a let down from the second, why would you eat twenty of them? Same mindset applies to any craving, all you really need is a taste, if you're hungry then go eat some real food but if you're craving garbage then have a little bit to get that first bite and move on.
