How much sleep do you guys get? I try to shoot for 8 hours but even with a 3 hour nap I’m still always exhausted. Idk if it’s because I’m training now or if I have some other health issue

U could be deficient in iron or vitamin D bc those are associated with energy levels, also get ur hormone levels checked!!!

Sleep is EXTREMELY important and involved with so many important processes so if u really feel like this is a persistent issue it’s prob a good idea to see a doctor just to be safe

It might be a vitamin B thing now that you mention it. My Bs are typically low but if I take a B supplement it makes me throw up so I’ve stopped doing that. Idk how else to fix it though

Yeah I probably should I just don’t have a lot of trust in doctors because of some past health issues they told me I was faking until it got me hospitalized
