no problem with when you eat as long as you’re still in a deficit
if you’re walking for 5 hours a day you can eat at night my man
Cottage cheese, half scoop protein, some fruits and nuts, makes the perfect bed time snack
The cottage cheese protein is suppose to take a while to break down and help your metabolism run longer
It’s not that I snack right before bed I just eat my dinner super late because I’m usually busy in the evening
