does anyone know any tips for someone trying to get bigger thighs and glutes while also getting enough protein? p.s. I’m broke

Do RDLs, squats or leg press, and hip thrusts. Make it your mission to get strong on all of those movements. Chicken is a relatively cheap option for the amount of protein it gives you.

i'm not sure how much Nurris are, but they're usually on sale at costco or sam's club. 30 g protein in a shake and only 1g sugar- plus they have hella vitamins and minerals. they aren't chalky nd gross either, i promise.
