Do RDLs, squats or leg press, and hip thrusts. Make it your mission to get strong on all of those movements. Chicken is a relatively cheap option for the amount of protein it gives you.

i'm not sure how much Nurris are, but they're usually on sale at costco or sam's club. 30 g protein in a shake and only 1g sugar- plus they have hella vitamins and minerals. they aren't chalky nd gross either, i promise.
