also, how does everyone get the connections?? it took me almost 2 years at college to find adderall and coke. not to be TMI. i’m a healthy guy but i still like to have fun. anyway, why is it so much more accessible for homeless people?

They also get arrested but generally police officers don’t want to approach someone actively tweaking

man where i live, around seattle, there’s people ODing on the streets, screaming at passerbys, lighting the little spoon thing on the sidewalk; i’ve never seen anyone arrested. maybe it’s different in your area

I live near Louisville KY, I’ve seen them like about to light up and a cop tackles them/they get arrested mid nodding off. But when they’re tweaking out and swinging their body around like crazy then everyone (even cops) avoid looking at em
