the key is to make yourself gag a little to salivate but if you feel you may throw up switch your technique even if you have to use your hand and mainly slip the head. then once you feel settled or you’re throat don’t feel as sensitive you can go back to taking it all in

sometimes you can’t though, for me i have a gag reflex but i do that method. i also curl my toes and tuck my thumb then squeeze it make sure to give yourself break by switching up techniques but keep the pace
