I feel like it was the dog cause if it wasn’t he would have thrown the sheets out or been more in a hurry to change them cause you were coming

dogs don’t really bleed that much while in heat, and it’s probably a bad idea to be with anyone who doesn’t care enough about their dog to spay/neuter anyway

there’s a bunch of other reasons people might bleed in their own bed, so maybe he was just embarrassed about it? like ive heard my mom complaining about my dad bleeding on the sheets because he lost a toenail or hurt his foot in some other way, and i know ive definitely bled on my sheets from having a nosebleed or scratching at myself in my sleep. but i still think it’s the most plausible that it was a girl who got her period or something else suspicious
